Old Maiden Drawer 4 oz Popper.

Designed for a number of Paragon´s commercial popcorn machines, the replacement popcorn drawer is made to catch "old maids" unpopped kernels left during the popping process. The old maid drawer works in conjunction with Paragon´s clean out tray, simply wipe unpopped kernels into the vented small holes in the tray allowing them to fall through to the old maid drawer. The drawer is constructed of stainless steel and is made to quickly pull out to be emptied or easily cleaned.
